After all, you’ve lived your whole life eating such things as beef, hamburgers, hot dogs, fish, eggs, dairy products, poultry, pork, - so why should you become vegetarian now? There are probably many reasons why you should switch to being a vegetarian. To discover some of them a good place to begin is by taking a look at yourself in the mirror. What do your see? Generally do you feel and look good? Do you have a healthy weight? Do you have loads of energy in the mornings or do you wake up feeling sluggish and very tired?
In general terms how is your health? Is your blood pressure sky high or within the normal healthy range? What are your cholesterol and blood sugar levels - High or Low? If after answering any of these questions you have doubts about your well being then you may have to consider rethinking your daily eating habits - and become vegetarian........

See for yourself if you feel different, more energized and physically fit, more mentally alert. At the very least consider the portion sizes you’ve been eating and make them smaller if necessary. If you can’t stop eating meat totally make meat more of a side dish. Even making that little change can have a tremendous effect on your overall health and well-being.
