Vegetarians and Vegans throughout the world have discovered the plain fact that

   You are what you eat!

             You may have been bought up to eat meat and other animal products as the
           norm, so you may be wondering why should you ....

           Switch to a Vegetarian Diet?

          
After all, you’ve lived your whole life eating such things as beef, hamburgers,
           hot dogs, fish, eggs, dairy products, poultry, pork, - so why should you go
           vegetarian now?

           Well there are many good reasons why you should switch to being a
           vegetarian. Just take a little time to answer yourself these questions below. 
           And the reasoning behind adopting a healthy vegetarian lifestyle will become
           very clear to you.

        •     Generally do you feel and look good?
        •    Do you have a healthy weight? 
        •    Do you have loads of energy in the mornings or do you wake up
                      feeling sluggish and very tired?
        •    In general terms how is your health?
        •    Is your blood pressure sky high or within the normal healthy range?
        •    What are your cholesterol and blood sugar levels - High or Low?

           If after answering any of these questions you have doubts about your well
           -being then you may have to consider rethinking your daily eating habits and
           consider becoming a vegetarian.

           And what about these questions

        •    How do you feel after eating?
        •    Do you feel energized, as if you’ve fed your body what it needs?
        •    Or are you tired and dragged out?
        •    Do you often need a nap after eating?


              I have to say it is a fact that:

     Most People Wouldn't Abuse Their Car Like They
    Abuse Their Bodies!

             We take Food because our bodies need to be fed and nourished. And the Food we take should leave
             us feeling energized and refreshed. We have to imagine the human body is a machine.  It needs the
             right kind of fuel to keep it running smoothly and in tip top condition. When we fill our bodies with
             chemicals and preservatives and we eat low fiber processed foods and high fat meats we are much
             more prone to high blood pressure, Type II diabetes, high cholesterol and other very serious health
             problems. A car engine that hasn’t been tuned efficiently or isn’t getting the type of oil or gasoline it
             needs simply will not run efficiently, nor will it “live” for as long as it was designed to do.


              It is no different with your body.  It needs the right kind of fuel to run at peak efficiency.  Eating high
              fat meat, or meat that’s been fed antibiotics throughout its life, does not constitute the kind of diet that
              gives the human body the efficient fuel that it is intended to use!

             Why don’t you prove it to yourself.  Just Try Eating Vegetarian for a week or two. See for yourself if
             you feel different, more energized and physically fit, more mentally alert. 

          It maybe that you are thinking .... “It's hard to change a lifetime of eating
