  your Vegetarian Cooking


  The only thing that limits you when your are planning a
  healthy diet is your imagination. Adding variety to your
  vegetarian cooking is the key.  It is very important to
  include a wide variety of vegetables, whole grains fruits
  and legumes in a variety of meals.  You also need to
  incorporate,seeds and nuts. As they say ‘Variety is the
  spice of life’. Variety in your vegetarian cooking will
  also help ensure your diet is packed with nutrients,
  remains interesting and is fun!
  You should aim for variety, even when you
  serve your favorite entrees time and time again, by
  serving alternative side dishes, desserts and snacks.

  Try to use your creativity when planning meals. Add
  variety vegetarian diet by increasing your intake of
  vegetables and beans by eating these foods at lunch
  time as well as for dinner. Make it your aim to serve
  one vegetable for lunch every day and two vegetables
  for dinner. Plan your meals around vegetables. For
  example: a baked potato can be a very satisfying entree;
  try serving it with baked beans, a stewed tomato sauce
  or a with a few tablespoons of salsa. Or how about this:
  sautéed vegetables and pasta.
  Be adventuresome try new foods as often as possible.
  You will achieve variety in your vegetarian cooking by
  the use of a variety of grains such couscous, barley,
  quinoa, bulgur, and wheat berries and experiment with
  them. Try foods that are used in different international
  cuisine. Both fruits and vegetables........

  enough and you vary your diet, protein needs can be easily met by vegetarians. Vegetarians
  do not need to eat special combinations of foods to meet their protein needs. All that is
   needed is that your Vegetarian Cooking and thus your vegetarian diet includes plenty of 
  Vegetables, beans, grains, nuts and beans and all of these will provide good protein.
  Remember though too much fat can be consumed, even by vegetarians, if the diet contains
  large amounts of processed foods, oils, nuts and sweets.
